Applications and Gang Management

Hey there. As I've taken partial control of the families/gang there would be slight changes. I'm judging Gang applications different than any other admin as i think we need to get more creativity into the applications then just plain text. We need more photos of RP'ing, If its a real life gang maybe add a couple of photos of them in it. Create a story line. Like where you came from and how your family got all started up.

When choosing your HQ make it look like you own the place with say members around Role playing or having a chat and stuff and when you do your ranks make it in the middle of the page and look attractive. When picking your skins DO NOT take the same ones from another family as it confuses people and is non rp. Put a photo of your skin with the id next to it or on top of it so we know what they are, Maximum amount of skins in a family is 8 only and no more. With the members you MUST have 3 starting members in your family or it will be denied.

Now to my points about it:

1) I don't care if you write 5,000 words. Make it look good, and put in all the info i need to make it.
2) I don't give a crap if your application looks better than another one. I check your members list, read the story, size of the application and see your skins, that's it.
3) I dont care if you have $1,000,000 in the bank or are a really good shooter.

I check your applications, and get the rest of my information IG. 1,000 words doesn't tell me anything about your RP skills so I'll be spectating people from the Ganglists RANDOMLY for around 30 minutes to 1 hour each.

And now for some questions that some might ask:

1) How can i get a Gang faster than applying?
A: Unless you are known by the Administrators as a good role player and trustworhty, you can't.
2) Why didn't I get an answer for like 3 days?
A: Spectating people and actually finding out how they roll IG is harder than just reading one page of text. Plus we have some other stuff to do like fixing bugs or helping newbies and such.
3) Why don't you care if people break rules?
A: You can CS all day long and still RP better than half a gang together. Some rules don't have anything to do with RPing.

Mexican Mafia

History of Cartel de Sinaloa.

The Mexican Mafia began as a small group of friends, who called themselves, the “Yellow Chollos”, everything they had was yellow, from socks, to houses. It was made up with six people, they were like brothers, if one had beef with someone then all of them did. The word was out that Yellow Chollos was rising, people told them to be official, make some allies, but they said “No!” they were only loyal to each other, and each other only. One of them, Kurtis Warrick, left to make his own sort of gang, they tried to be friends, but a member of Kurt’s gang, attacked a fellow Yellow Chollos member. A war began, guns were being fired for hours….everyone died, but, luckily, two men survived, their names are, Gaby George and Luis Figueroa.

These two men were cousins, they were always together, and nothing made them lose each other. Both these men headed to San Fierro, to make a new living for themselves, but trying to forget about the rest of the men was too hard, so they made their own family, it was called….”Cartel de Sinaloa”. They were searching for a company to begin their work; it took them at least Five months to find the perfect building. It was located in San Fierro, near the gas station. Gaby and Luis settled in, doing business deals with other companies; they had people who worked for them. It was all going good for them, the money, the houses, and the peacefulness.

Until this one day, a Italian company, had a feud with Cartel de Sinaloa, they didn’t like the way they worked, so they made a plan to take them down, make them lose everything they had. Their plan was to have one of their men setup a meeting with both Gaby and Luis and then foil them by saying he has a way to take their company to a new level. When they got in the meeting and heard his plan, both men agreed and let him took control of it to take them to a new level of business, when this happened, a week later, the man lost all of their money and took them down, which resolved into Gaby and Luis having to leave the state, because what they had left was nothing to keep them stable in San Fierro. This is when both of them came to Los Santos, see old friends, start their lives again, preferably, bring up Cartel de Sinaloa, but without the big companies and being on top. They live by Ganton Gym, in an abandoned motel, in Idlewood, where they met a man called Jordan Guido; he is their Soldado, who is there for them when stuff goes down. Here they stand now, selling weapons to people, waiting for the day to come to get their revenge on the Italian Mafia.
